By registering to bid in our online auctions you (the Buyer) agree to these terms:
All items won by the online bidder (the Buyer) must be paid for at the conclusion of the auction after an invoice is sent to the successful bidder (the Buyer). Shipping and handling stated on the invoice will be paid by the Buyer. Insurance for shipping purposes will be added to the items shipped. A buyers premium (BP) will be added to all online purchases and may vary from
auction to auction but must be paid in addition to the purchase price of each item. Items will not be shipped until payment is verified. The auction company is not responsible for damage during shipping. Items will be shipped United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service. Larger items may have to be shipped and boxed by UPS. After registering to bid, Bidders are responsible for supplying the auction company with a valid address to ship the items. The auction company is NOT responsible for shipping to a incorrect address supplied by bidders. All legal disputes if they arise will be heard in Adams County, Illinois.
Method of Payment:
We accept Stripe or cash. Real Estate bidders must deposit earnest money which may vary from auction to auction with the auction company when registering to bid which will be held in an escrow account. The winning Bidder of real estate will pay the full amount owed at closing less the earnest money. All real estate closings will be with a title company or attorney and those entities may hold the earnest money.
